Watch → phone

Your watch does the measuring.

  • On the watchGPS speed, wrist heart rate, elevation — and the FIT recording that lands in Garmin Connect.
  • On the phoneThe big live readout on your bars, laid out your way, with the route map.

Strap → watch

Add a chest strap for accurate heart rate.

  • On the strapBeat-by-beat heart rate, sent to your watch over Bluetooth or ANT+.
  • On the watchPicks the strap over the wrist sensor and forwards it to the phone with everything else.

No watch? The strap pairs straight to the phone instead.

Two ways to ride, one clean screen

Garmin watch, live

Pair your Garmin watch and CycleBridge streams its GPS speed, wrist heart rate, and elevation to your phone once a second — the watch stays the source of truth, saved to Garmin Connect as always.

Or just your phone

No watch? Use the phone’s own GPS plus any standard Bluetooth heart rate strap. Rides are saved straight into Apple Health or Health Connect.

Build your own display

Drag and drop to arrange Speed, Distance, Heart Rate, Elevation, Avg/Max Speed, and Time across four customizable fields — or swap one for a live route map.

Routes in and out

Import a planned route as a GPX file and see it overlaid on the map during your ride. Every finished ride exports as GPX too, ready to share.

Keeps riding in the background

Screen off, watch in your pocket — tracking keeps running and your data keeps arriving.

Private by default

No accounts, no analytics, nothing sent to any server but Garmin Connect and your own phone’s health store. A small non-personalized ad shows on the idle screen only — never during a ride. See the full privacy policy.

Pair your watch, or just start riding.

CycleBridge is a personal project — free, no accounts, no analytics.
